Refund policy

All Vybzz products are handcrafted and delicate by nature. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you promptly.

To report a damaged item:

  • Email clear photos of the damaged item while it remains in its original packaging, including the interior of the shipping box
  • Include your order number
  • Send all information to wecare@vybzz.co within 48 hours of delivery
  • Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration.
