Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or product launches.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders more than $50.
- $4 flat-rate standard shipping on U.S. orders less than $50.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Address Verification
For your protection, all shipping addresses are automatically verified at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information prior to order submission. Orders placed with incomplete, invalid, or unverified addresses may experience delays or cancellation.
Delivery Timing
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Vybzz is not responsible for delivery delays.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for free reshipment or refund. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
